Does anyone know anywhere online that I can find someone to talk to regarding Grief counseling for free? I lost my Mom recently and I’m not getting over it and I know it isn’t helping that I’m not talking to anyone about my feelings. I wake up every morning and the moment I open my eyes, I remember that she’s dead. It’s like reliving it all over again every single day.

go online to the chat rooms . There are many rooms dealing with grief.I lost my son in Iraq and got some help there.Good luck and God Bless.
