Compulsive Eating Disorder?
Question by Dropped Commotion: Compulsive Eating Disorder?
I have the urge to stuff my face even when im not hungry.
Usually i just give up fighting the urge to resist and stuff my face, but lately im tired of being the weak one to this problem.
what can i do to deal with this problem?
Note: Besides therapy.
