Do what individuals without an eating disorder do honey—-create a calorie alotment for yourself (e.g., 1,800 calories per day), eat less high fattening/sugar/caloric foods, eat more healthy foods, portion-control, get some exercise, don’t stress over it—-you’ll lose weight.
Have a great day! =)

You have a mental disorder and you need professional help for that. Right now, you seem to be asking how you can continue to have your ED while fooling your parents into thinking you’re recovering. In other words, you’re living a lie, having trouble living that lie, and then asking people to help you continue living that lie which is not good for you, your health, or your self esteem. You are on the road to despair, not recovery, so get help. Talk to your parents about professional counseling or call the EDNA Helpline below. It’s only going to get worse until you take control of your problem.

• 1.1% – 4.2% of females suffer from bulimia nervosa in their lifetime.
• About 10% of college women suffer from a clinical or nearly clinical eating disorder, including 5.1% who suffer from bulimia nervosa.
• Studies indicate that by their first year of college, 4.5 to 18% of women and 0.4% of men have a history of bulimia.
• A study by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders reported that 5 – 10% of anorexics die within 10 years after contracting the disease; 18-20% of anorexics will be dead after 20 years and only 30 – 40% ever fully recover
