Demi Lovato stopped by Katie to talk about her struggle with an eating disorder and about how many girls truly do struggle with self-confidence. Here’s a look at Demi’s interview with Katie, which airs this afternoon: (CLIPS) Demi got really personal with Katie, revealing just how challenging rehab was for her. She said QUOTE: “Treatment was so difficult at first. I remember walking around saying ‘I’m in prison!’…. “They needed to have those strict rules in order for me to understand how sick I was. I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom by myself. We had specific phone times.” She even went on to say that there were people watching her as she ate! During the interview, Katie also opened up about her struggle with an eating disorder…. And Demi also talked about dealing with bullies — and becoming a bully herself when she hit one of her backup dancers in the face back in 2010.
