It has literally become a part of my life now. There is too much background info for me to explain but I don’t want professional help, but I would appreciate some general advice please.

Eat.
Eat normal meals, not a ton of food. And eat healthy.And just dont throw it back up. And when you look in the mirror again, you’re not going to see a fat girl or a thin girl. You’re going to see someone healthy, someone who has a life of her own. You can do it.
( im sorry this probs sounds really bad but i was almost anarexic and my BFF is recovering from it)
