Is It Bad to Keep My Emotions Trapped Up?
Question by Sean Heelan: Is it bad to keep my emotions trapped up?
i’ve been dealing with depression for the past 2 years, and recently its been real bad. i have no one really close to talk to, sure i have friends and family members, but i just have never pictured myself talking to any of them about my problems, any therapist hasn’t shown effective either. i go to school everyday bottling up my emotions, im basically a whole different person there, happy, social, funny. its all an act though, by the time i get home i just sulk around. im not sure what to do, any suggestions would be appreciated.
