There is a link at the bottom of the page where you can download a guide to inexpensive or Free rehabs.
Also try community synagogues and churches (even if you are 100% non-believer) they will sometimes pay for these services if you call and explain your situation to the rabbi or pastors. You might want to contact your local freemasons. Sometimes they offer a helping hand as well.
