im going to go see a counsler about my “eating disorder.” my mom and doctor say i have to go. what should i expect and what is the counsler supposed to do? whats the difference between a counsler and a therapist?

Oh – lucky you. You just talk about stuff. And in time, you get to talk about how you feel about this eating thing. It can really help.

well u do all the talking for the most part and they give you suggestions. you try them them come back and talk a little more and this continues until the problem in question resolves. its not too bad.
