Where Can I Go to Get Help for an Eating Disorder in the Netherlands?
Question by SanP: Where can I go to get help for an eating disorder in the Netherlands?
Hi, I think I may either have binge-eating disorder or night-eating syndrome. I eat between 1000 to 1400 calories between 7 to 9pm. I go to bed early just so that I stop eating. I don’t eat because I’m hungry but because I feel like I want to keep eating. It makes me feel horrible and leads to indigestion.
I am an expat living in the Netherlands so I’m wondering if anybody knows where I can get help for an eating disorder (or disordered eating) in the Netherlands.
Thanks in advance for any useful responses.

The problem is every time you eat bad carbs like (sugar sweets, breads, white pasta, any junk food and any fast food) leaves you hungry for more bc they are empty calories. They don’t really fill you up.
What you have to do is stabilize your blood sugar levels so you don’t have hunger pain intervals going up & down. That can only be done by increasing your water intake w/ a little bit of sea salt.
This really & truly does work. You just have to give it a chance for your body to adjust. It may take a couple months before you see a difference but you have to hang in there.
Start out having a glass (8oz.) every 2 hours for 3-4 days and then increase a glass of water every hour throughout the day. It flushes out the toxins.
Read here on the water cure program: http://www.watercure2.org/
click on “Critical Water Cure Info”
and then on “water cure recipe”
and also on “critical salt information”
Also click on “testimonials” and then “weight loss cure” or “eating disorder cure” to get a good understanding of how many people have been helped by drinking water. You’ll understand how good water is for you w/ very little sea salt. Sea salt should be bought at the health food store so it is unprocessed.
You’ll gain alot of good knowledge on this site for yourself and to help others 🙂
Read as much as possible on this site. YOU WILL OVERCOME the binge eating!
